After reading the terms and conditions, go to our Wii™ contest application.
After making your payment, we will email you to confirm your payment and contest number (000-999). Pick your favorite number and it will be assigned to you if it has not already been taken. If your preference has been assigned you will be assigned the lowest available number(s). Randomly assigned numbers may not be sequential.
Contest closes when all one thousand chances are sold or on December 24, 2008, whichever happens first.
The winner will be selected within 6 weekdays (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after contest closing date. When contest closes each contestant will be notified by email announcing the closing of the contest and the precise drawing date.
To select the winner on the drawing date, we will take the closing values of the Dow Jones, the Nasdaq, and the S&P 500 stock market indices on that date (as reported on advfn.com or washpost.com), add them up, and choose the three least significant digits of that sum, i.e. the digit before the decimal point and the two digits following the decimal point (in that order).
In the event that not all one thousand chances were sold and the winning number is not one that was sold, then we will select the winning number that is numerically closest to and higher than the winning number. If the winning number is 999, we will choose the number closest to and lower than the winning number.
After the winner has been determined, winner will be notified by email. The WiiTM and the $300 check, made out to the winner, will be shipped by UPS ground with recipient’s signature requested. The shipment should take place within two days after the winner has been determined. All contestants will receive an email thanking them for their support.
All personal information, including email addresses, submitted by contestants will remain in the possession of National Federation of the Blind of Maryland, and will not be released outside this organization.
The WiiTM will be shipped to the winner in its original carton. This carton has not been previously opened. Proof of purchase will accompany our shipment.
